You want to talk about ease? Peace of mind? Quality work? CUSTOMER SERVICE?? This is the place. I've been putting off getting my windshield replaced for 2-3 years because I live out of town and need a good vehicle for my commute (and loaners are often small cars). Every person I spoke to at Redcoat was friendly, informative and professional. They came to my work to replace my windshield and even had a back up plan for me if the weather didn't cooperate (that was still hands off for me, no extra thinking or organizing). I booked everything in with Adam, he's prompt to reply and knowledgeable and took care of everything with MPI. Chris and his son came out to do the replacement, they're a great team and also are prompt and have great communication. They were here when they said they would be, kept me informed during the repair and told me to let them know if I had any issues afterward and I fully believe these are men of their word. Honestly, I just can't say enough about these guys - restoring my faith in small/local businesses by doing business right. They're mobile (and don't bill you for more than your MPI deductible), they're professionals, they're personable and they do cars/trucks/equipment/agriculture...
